The Camp consists of 5 rotating stations where small groups of players will be taught the following:

  • Ground balls
  • Off the field chalk talk to discuss the lacrosse field, sideline etiquette, and positions

Boys should come to Rookie Camp with their helmets, a mouth guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, their stick, and something to drink. Sneakers are appropriate for the boarded field at Forekicks.

Registration for the 2009 Rookie Camp is now open. Space is limited and please remember, the Rookie Camp is open to boys in grades 3 – 8 and only if they are new players (the instruction is geared to players just entering the sport and would not benefit those players who have experience playing the game).
