The folks at Kudda.com have compiled a large library of both boys and girls instructional lacrosse videos. The videos are well produced and cover the game of lacrosse from top to bottom; these videos are a great resource not only for the players in the WYLL and WYGLL programs, but also for the parents of the players who want to know more about the best sport in town.
